I have tried out the new OMERO ImageJ plugin for 4.3.2. The plugin now connects directly to the OMERO server to obtain the image (previously an OME-TIFF file was exported to a local temp directory and opened using BioFormats). The new system seems to provide much better performance for large files.
However the ImageJ image title is set using the connection details for OMERO including the username and password, e.g.
Title: omero:server=localhost
user=ah403
port=4064
pass=xxxxxx
iid=16953
When you try and save the image within ImageJ this title is used as the initial filename.
I suggest that the title should be changed to use the image name from the server.
