Opening a compressed DICOM stack in ImageJ

Hi,

I have a question about compressed DICOM images.

I'd like to open a stack of CT images saved as compressed DICOM images. I've installed the Bio-Formats plugin (up to date version), and it's great at opening 1 image at a time. Unfortunately I can't select more than 1 file, is there a way to import and read an entire stack of images?

Hi Chris,

If you select the "Group files with similar names" option in the "Bio-Formats Import Options" window, that should allow the entire stack to be read. If that doesn't work, please let us know.
