Channel names mixed up in Deltavision files

Hi,

I've just uploaded 2 deltavision files to the QA system (sorry but didn't get any tracking numbers) which were the same acquired image. The file "HCC1143_BEZ_LaminACB1_1_R3D.dv" is the originally acquired one and when uploaded into OMERO or read into Fiji with BioFormats, the channel names are in the correct order. The second file "HCC1143_BEZ_LaminACB1_1_R3D_D3D.dv) is the deconvolved version of that file and when uploading or reading that one, the order of the channel names is mixed up. All other meta data per channel appears to be correct except for the channel names. In SoftWorx this issue isn't there so apparently the deconvolution step changed something very subtly to cause this problem.

I tested in both 5.0.8 and in 5.1-m4 and they do the exact same thing.

I just realized that I never received a confirmation from the QA system about the files I uploaded. So I tried again.
HCC1143_BEZ_LaminACB1_1_R3D.dv can be found under QA id#: 10946
and
HCC1143_BEZ_LaminACB1_1_R3D_D3D.dv can be found under QA id#: 10945

Thanks for reporting this, and for uploading the .dv files. I can definitely reproduce the problem, and there is now a ticket:
