new .TIF (super TIF) with MetaMorph

I have a problem for the new image format MetaMorph.
.TIF which replaces .stk.
with Loci I have the values X and Y but not Z
Do you know how to do

Hi Pierre,

assuming you are trying to open a Metamorph TIFF file with Bio-Formats, could you tell us which environment you are using (Fiji/ImageJ, command-line, MATLAB...)? Also can you confirm you are using the latest version fo Bio-Format, i.e. 5.1.3?

Assuming you are using the latest version of Bio-Formats, it would be useful for us to see an example TIF file that fails to be read. You can upload such a sample file at the following URL http://qa.openmicroscopy.org.uk/qa/upload/.

yes i use bio-formats trunk build with ImageJ 1.50a

for information the images are nom1_w1561 Em 600-50.TIF...

the voxel is X 0.26µm Y 0.26µm and Z 1.5µm
