Import of .mrxs files (slide scanner 3D-Histech)

Dear all,
we would like to import images produced by the slide scanners from 3D-Histech (.mrxs) into Fiji. Is there any chance that this will work in near future? Where should we upload some sample files?
Best wishes

Hi Joachim,

Support for .mrxs data is planned but not completed, as noted in this ticket on our issue tracking system:

https://trac.openmicroscopy.org.uk/ome/ticket/4121

If you would like to receive an automated email each time the status of that ticket changes, please let me know and I will CC you.

If you are interested in uploading sample datasets, the easiest thing to do is to create a Zip file for each dataset and upload the Zip files to:

http://qa.openmicroscopy.org.uk/qa/upload/

Regards,
-Melissa

Hi Joachim,

You should now receive an email with "[OME] #4121" in the subject line each time that ticket is updated.
