problem opening RGB image saved as CZI

Hi

I have an issue opening RGB images (i.e. images recorded using an RGB camera) saved as CZI with Bioformats (4.4.10) in FIJI. I am using Zen 2012 (Blue) version 1.1.1.0, file version 1.1.13064.302. I have uploaded an example to OMERO.qa (called Bright_RGB).

Hi Dan,

Thanks for uploading the image. I've tested this image with our current versions of 4.4, 5.0 prerelease and develop and all show exactly the same problem. The image is 16bit RGB with 14 significant bits per pixel, but this pixel format isn't being rendered correctly.

There's an open ticket for this (https://trac.openmicroscopy.org/ome/att ... ket/11233/). I've added you as a CC on this so you get notified on any changes.
