.ome.tif files and IMARIS

I cannot open .ome.tif files with Imaris any suggestion?

Hello

Imaris is not using the latest schema.
We do now offer the option to export the image as OME-TIFF using older schema versions.
This functionality is currently only available from the desktop client OMERO.insight.

Some metadata will not be exported depending on the schema version you use.
