In Omero, analyse several images with Fiji ?

I want use a macro (in Fiji) for analyse several images in a folder oméro. Do you know if it's possible?

Hi,

This is currently not possible. We have not added any Macro-extensions for OMERO within ImageJ/Fiji.
But,we are currently reviewing the use-cases and intend on adding support for the same,in the near future.
