Multiple export of images?

Hi all,

I was wondering if there is any support in OMERO.insight to allow selection of multiple images and block export them?

Selecting multiple images and exporting them as OME-TIFF is currently not supported.
In the coming version 4.3, you will be able to export a collection of images as JPEG generated using the settings of the images. Is it the type of export you are looking for?

Hi Jmarie,

I'm not sure I understood how the export will work but if it allows to export multiple images - or a collection of images - it should be fine.
Just check will the export be done in JPEG or TIFF?

In the coming version:
If you select several images, you will be able to export them as JPEG or PNG.
If you select an image, you will be able to export as OME-TIFF. The OME-TIFF batch export is not currently implemented.
