I created a script to convert a Dataset of Images into a Plate. Have a look at this demo movie: http://cvs.openmicroscopy.org.uk/snapsh ... -4.3.2.mov
This script is in the 4.3.2 release of OMERO (just out) or you can download the script from http://git.openmicroscopy.org/?p=ome.gi ... hb=develop and put it in the server package at /lib/scripts/omero/util_scripts/
