You would have to do those queries against the OMERO binary repository yourself. The only functionality we have in the base OMERO install for showing disk utilisation is the drive space listing in OMERO.webadmin.

There's really not much more detail I can give you without knowing very specifically the types of queries you want to do. The binary data for OMERO is located in the binary repository:

You'll need to make queries against the PostgreSQL database and then have a look at the binary repository. It's not trivial.
