I know nothing about how to use scripts to process an image, I can know in detail how to download and run a script for image processing ???

How you use OMERO scripts to do image processing depends very much on the kind of image processing you're interested in.

Do you have some idea about how you want to process the image (software package, command-line tools, programming language) or the types of processing you want to do (simple crop, rotate etc or complex algorithm)?
