OMERO IJ plugin in MAC

I've trying to get OMERO IJ plugin to work at accessing the OMERO server but despite being able to access with OMERO.insight we can't get the OMERO.IJ.plugin to login.
It always gives the error: Wrong Login Name/Wrong Password

This only happens to us in OS 10.5.8 and below, since in all the 10.6 and above seem to be working fine.
Do you have any idea of why this would be?

By the way this is using FIJI.

Which version of Fiji are you using?
It works with the stable release version available from http://fiji.sc/wiki/index.php/Downloads.
We noticed a connection issue using Fiji/ImageJ 1.47a, this due to a problem within Fiji itself.
The issue has been reported to the Fiji team.

I gave this a shot but still doesn't work.
Being that the exact some conf works in other OS then it can also be some weird OS problem.
