Web client export

Is it possible to download images from the web client of OMERO version 4.4.4 ?

Yes, you should look at the 'Batch_Image_Export' script. See https://www.openmicroscopy.org/site/sup ... ripts.html. The demo movie there is for Insight, but it's the same functionality as in the web client.

NB: You can also use this script to export images as OME-TIFF files from OMERO.web.

With this script we can't download raw images.

But,
I found a big blue arrow with download (right click on files ) ... it seems to work with lsm.
BUT, when I have imported one lsm file (12G) , OMERO cut the file corresponding to the six positions into the lsm file.
When OMERO downloads lsm's files, it downloads the first lsm file and then remove it. and then the second ... and remove it .... until the sixth.

I follow that with looking at the weight of the file giving by windows.

What do I miss ?

My last post concern omero.insight.
It was a .lsm file of 12G.

With the script, I can't download raw data.
