Open Microscopy Environment

Good morning every body,

I have a simple question :
Is it possible to import in OMERO files without extension ?

I tried with a stk file without ".stk" extension and it failed whereas the same file renamed with the ".stk" extension was correctly imported.

Dear Jonathan,

Whether an extension is required or not depends upon the specific file format. For Metamorph .stk, the MetamorphReader will require a .stk extension if the file is a .stk type file. The reader will also accept .nd/.tif/.tiff for other types of metamorph data.
