Evaluation version of exe4j

Postby ppouchin » Thu Oct 17, 2013 2:25 pm

Hi,

I've just upgraded our OMERO server and tried connecting to it using Insight on Windows, but I get a message stating that : "this executable was created with an evaluation version of exe4j"...

Was it expected ?

Hi,

We did recently reinstall exe4j one of our build servers, and did indeed test the new clients, but this message did not appear during our Windows client testing. Thanks for pointing this out.

We'll double check that the build process is correctly being fed our license key for exe4j, and try to work out what's gone wrong.

Best,

Kenny

Hi

This does not affect the client in any way, please proceed to use it as normal.

Regards
Gus

There's a re-built version of those clients available on http://downloads.openmicroscopy.org/omero/4.4.9/ which don't have this pop-up.

Best,

Kenny
