Open Microscopy Environment

I recently started using OMERO.insight for ImageJ. According to documentation, I installed Bio-Formats package to Fiji. But Fiji had its builtin Bio-Formats jar file already and, apparently, some of the code are overlapping. Everytime I launch Fiji, it issues a lot of warnings about duplication. I wonder what is the best way to handle this issue.

Yes the FIJI distribution comes pre packaged with the Bio-formats plugin, so reinstalling it may have caused some duplication. If you wish to remove the Bio-Formats jars which you installed (Im assuming using the instructions from https://docs.openmicroscopy.org/bio-for ... ers/imagej) then simply removing the bioformats_package.jar from the plugins folder of FIJI should be enough to prevent these warnings.

It worked, thanks. So the documentation was for ImageJ and not for Fiji, I guess? A bit confusing

Now I realized that there was a distinction between instructions for ImageJ and Fiji.
