Group/username heirarchy

Hi,
Following on from my previous post and some confusion with a student I see that the data are organised in a Group -> User -> Project system.
I had created what I though was:
Group -> Project_name
But is actually:
Group -> Chris -> Project_name
When I asked the student to create her own folder I expected to see this:
Group -> New_Project_Name
And I was thoroughly confused when I couldn't see it. That's because in omero.web you need to click the group name and select group members name from the nested drop-down list. omero.insight is a bit clearer once Display Groups -> All Groups -> All Members is ticked.
I bet this won't be possible, but I'll ask anyway Is there any way to get rid of the 'User' level in the hierarchy? Within our centre we'd prefer to have all the project folders in one place - e.g. under the Group level - and the user access as an attribute rather than enforced in the structure. Is that impossible?
Thanks,
Chris
