Open Microscopy Environment

When trying to do the:

bin/omero web settings I get:

Also, how do you set the default root password for the django admin user? IE: http://myserver:/admin

Is there anywhere that tells what permissions should be on the omero files? This would be helpful when trying to figure out what files to give the apache user access to.
