Open Microscopy Environment

Hello!
I make the install like explain but when I try to login in the web administration tool on http://localhost:4080/webadmin, I type the username: root, the password:omero(I put this everywhere). The server empty the textfields and stops.
Can you help me please?

You need to install the Python Imaging Library. Get it at http://www.pythonware.com/products/pil/

I do that but the result is the same error.
There is a different thing: now there is an emoticon "ome" in the url area.
i put the new logs

I too am having the same issue on Windows XP. I believe I followed the install correctly for all of the components (include Python Imaging Library). I am attaching the log files.

Sorry for the slow response.
Your log says that your 'root' password is incorrect

PermissionDeniedException: exception ::Glacier2::PermissionDeniedException

}

Did you try to connect to the system by the Insight or Importer using the same credentials?

Sorry for the slow response.

Log says that Mon, 28 Mar 2011 15:46:56 you couldn't connect because of the incorrect password for root. Once you turned debuging on you managed to connect at Mon, 28 Mar 2011 16:19:15.
As far as I can see you manage to connect, right?

Thanks so much for your response !
I was able to "connect" but when I do not get any content displayed.
On a successful login, only the Username and Password fields are "cleared", but the login screen remains displayed. No other content is served up or displayed.
