Open Microscopy Environment

Hi

I've just updated Fiji and the LOCI plugin to 4.4.9 and installed the OMERO.insight-ij-5.0.0-beta1-ice33-b3470 plugin but I am not able to load images from OMERO, getting stuck at "populating metadata" step.

If anyone has an idea to what is happening and where I could get the application logs, that would really help.

Hi Tom,

You need to use the same major version for all the components (Server, Insight and IJ plugin). So, you can use a 4.4.9 Insight or ImageJ plugin with any 4.4.x server, but 5.0 IJ plugin or Insight will only work with a 5.0 server.

Actually I thought there was no 5.0 version for bioformats. Just found it.
