Open Microscopy Environment

i'm following http://www.openmicroscopy.org/site/supp ... ce3.6.html and have a couple of questions: where is the omerowebenv that is referred to and what should be in ${WEBPREFIX}?

Hi Matt,

The step on that page you link to, directly underneath the text "Install VirtualEnv - optional (run as root):" will create the "Python VirtualEnv" in folder omerowebvenv which is being referred to - that's probably what you're looking for?

As for ${WEBPREFIX} - I'd have to leave that to someone else to answer - personally I'd just run the script sections in sequence - it does look like it checks to see if there's anything in that variable before using it - perhaps it's okay if it's not defined.
