Docker image updates for OMERO 5.4

The Docker images under https://hub.docker.com/r/openmicroscopy/omero-server/ and https://hub.docker.com/r/openmicroscopy/omero-web/ have been updated. The “latest” tag now points to the recently released 5.4 versions, and will no longer point to the master branch. The previous versions are still available as “5.3.5” as well as “5.3”. If you are ready to upgrade, you can begin following the “5.4” tag now. We’ll keep the tags up-to-date with each new OMERO release.
