Hi Jonathan,

the bug fix for DICOM just has been rebased on the dev_5_0 branch (see https://github.com/openmicroscopy/bioformats/pull/1401) and is currently under investigation for merging. Once this is merged, I can paste a link to check the ImageConverter which should work for your images.

Re OMERO server, there is no easy way to update the JARs at the moment and I would recommend waiting for the next 5.0.x release which should hopefully come in the following weeks and will include the DICOM patch.

Thanks for the new 5.0.6 version of the server! I've updated ours and confirmed you fix seems to work for our dicoms. I'll get back to you if any more issues on these.
