omero.server installation

ok, I create a new topic because I were on the wrong way with my precedent question.
Before the database initialization the tutorial says :

Installation

Extract the OMERO ZIP and note its location. Below it is referred to as: C:\omero_dist
*
Configure the path to your installation
If you've installed the OMERO server in a location other than c:omero_dist, you'll get the following message on startup:
No descriptor given. Using etc\grid\windefault.xml

I just extracted the omero-Beta4.0.3.zip in C:
Should I install anything else ?

You also must have Ice 3.3.1 and ActivePython 2.5.4.4 installed.

ok I have Ice 3.1.1 and Python 3.1.1.2 installed

You must use ActivePython 2.5.4.4.

Okay, can you update your PYTHONPATH so that it is:

Then run python and import Ice? It should look something like this:
