• IDR: Planning next release 12th December
  • Will: mapr switch to search engine. Deployment PR being tested on idr-testing.
  • Dom: idr0161 and idr0163 being imported. Timing looking good for release.
• OMERO
  • JM: Addressing security issues for UoD deployment.
  • Andreas: few small PRs but nothing urgent
  • Will: omero.figure release soon.
• Bio-Formats
  • Melissa: reviewing external contribution from BitPlane. And another new reader contribution received.

  • Artifactory repos discussions. Looking good.
  • Maadhav: CBIAS good. Several mentions of OMERO from users. Could be nice to provide an OMERO workshop next time? (napari workshop this year was well attended)
