New Format Request .pcoraw

Could you please include the pcoraw format in subsequent revisions of Bio-Format? It is a BigTiff variant used by the pco.edge sCMOS camera.

We can certainly look into adding support for this file format. However, we will require some sample images in this format in order to be able to do this. We would be very grateful for any images you could provide us with--the more we have the more comprehensive and robust we can make the reader.
