PE ERS single stack dataset does not display

Hi all,

I came across this problem where a single timepoint stack (several slices/2 channels) dataset acquired in PE ERS does not display in ImageJ/Fiji/OMERO.

The first slice of each channel displays some data but the remaining slices are populated with 0's.

Hi Helio,

The problem is that each of these datasets contains two extra pixel data files (*.1 and *.2) which prevent the other files from being detected correctly. We'll work on a fix for this (a ticket is forthcoming) but in the meantime, removing those files from the dataset directory should allow you to open and import the data.
