If you are having trouble with image files, there is information about reporting bugs in the Bio-Formats documentation. Please send us the data and let us know what version of Bio-Formats you are using. For issues with your code, please provide a link to a public repository, ideally GitHub.
As far as I can tell, there is no exporter in Fiji that works on very large files (ie > 4GB or so). The Bioformats exporter of my choice is usually ICS, but for some reason I cannot write files above a certain file size - other imaging software that can write ICS however can. Is this a know issue?
