Dropbox import into Projects according to folders possible?

Hi,

just wanted to check if the much wanted feature of using a template such as group/project/dataset for OMERO.dropbox is now possible in 5.1.0.

Currently, users have to move their images out of the "Orphaned Images" folder after every session. Additionally, they might end up with their images in another group as they expected, since currently no standard group for the DropBox import can be set up.

The proposed solution to this was to make it possible for sys-admins to have an import template as described above, but I could not find that in the current Dropbox documentation.

Hi Tristan,

Unfortunately that feature didn't make it into the 5.1.0 release. It is, though, planned for the upcoming point releases with the intention of having basic sysadmin-configured container selection functionality in 5.1.1 and then expanding on that in later releases.
