Occasionally images from FEI Tecnai show as blank (all black) in OMERO both as a thumbnail and when viewed in image viewer. This is only an intermittent problem. It also looks like the associated scaling data doesn't match the scale generated by the microscope.
As mentioned in viewtopic.php?f=4&t=7934, we'll need to know the exact OMERO version number as well as whether or not changing the rendering settings fixes the image display.
If upgrading and/or changing the settings does not help, then it would be helpful if we could see one of the files that shows the problem (via http://qa.openmicroscopy.org.uk/qa/upload/).
