Tiled .LIF file problems

Hi Oli,

Thank you for uploading the problematic file. We're testing a fix here:

https://github.com/openmicroscopy/bioformats/pull/2130

That won't be included in the imminent 5.1.7 release, but should be in the release after that. This problem should only affect tile acquisitions larger than 2 GB, so anything not fitting that pattern should still be working.

We're expecting the fix to be included in the 5.2.0 release later this spring.
