Problems with images from Zeiss Axio Observer

Hi,

When we import images from the Zeiss Axio Observer colour camera the colour channels seems to be getting confused. Instead of RGBRGB it is showing RGBGreyCyanMagenta. This is using OMERO 5.2.7.

The issue looks similar to the following post,

and it would be great if you follow the instructions again and upload the screenshots for the images to the QA post in this case as well.
