scripting movie error

i was trying to watch

the movie about Image Processing from the 4.2 section of the Feature List page, and there is no video, only sound.

Are you on a PC? Mac? something else?

i'm currently using a laptop with Windows 7, using Windows Media Player to open the movies. i didn't have trouble with any of the other ones i tried watching.

Hi there,

I've also checked this over on a windows 7 install and was able to view the tutorial movies both in Quicktime and Windows Media player. Typically these sorts of errors are the result of a missing Codec. As an easy fix, I would recommend installing quicktime, which should be able to play our tutorial videos.
