That depend on how and where you installed OMERO.web? Did you use apache? Nginx?

Once you have it running (http://omero.example.com/webclient) then you can login with the same information as with insight.

You're welcome to install either. If you already have Apache running, then you should probably re-use it. Otherwise, I find nginx easier. These web servers sit in front of OMERO.web to provide access to the world. Everything you need to set them up should be on the instructions I posted.
