OME.tif add image analysis information

Hi,
We have developped an imageJ plugin where the user have to choise parameters :
size of the structurant element,
mediane, moyenne
alpha parameter. ...

How can we do to add this information into the OME.TIFF xml ?
I didn't find the the schme of xml.
