Does anyone have or know of a utility script to do image stitching in Omero?

We haven't done a lot of image stitching here in Dundee but you could certainly try getting the OMERO ImageJ plug-in running and attempt stitching using one of the excellent stitching plugin-ins available in Fiji:

Your results really will depend on how large the images are that you want to stitch, their overlap, etc.
