Can´t login to omero.insight and omero.importer

I get the message like this on the troubleshooting page.

Failed to log onto Omero...

But I don´t have a firewall installed because I work on a test computer.
So this can´t be the problem.
Have You an idea what else can be the problem?
I can login to the webadmin site and the webclient site and I create a new user. Only the importer.exe and the insight.exe don´t work.

Are you trying to do everything on the same machine or connect from another machine?

Yes, I read this page and I had the right password. It was a port problem. But now it works.
