This issue is certainly something you will want to look into, perhaps by increasing the memory available to the server. See https://www.openmicroscopy.org/site/support/omero4/sysadmins/server-advanced-configuration.html#jvm-memory-settings
The other issues ("Ice.ObjectAdapterDeactivatedException") are likely from starting and re-starting the server during testing.
