Install Failure (windows)

Well there is progress. I can now hit the web login page from other machines, though I still can't log in. trying to get in via omero insight doesn't seem to work either.

I ran this to set the db password

bin\omero config set omero.db.pass omero

I was hoping that this would work but no luck.

You guys have any idea why PostgreSQL would be forgetting the password upon restart?

Can you be a little more specific? Forgetting what password?

When I reboot the computer or just disconnect from PostgreSQL the password that I set at install is cleared and I can't start PostgreSQL back up.

I'm also still having problems with accessing the DB when everything is up and running.

I have success. I am able to log in via username root and the root password that I set. Also I think that the PostgreSQL forgetting the password thing is fixed too, though only time will tell on that one. Weird thing is I again can't access the web interface from different computer.
